Great Home-Buying Experience
Mike was awesome in helping us get the SW Floriday home we always wanted. We heard about Mike through new friends we met playing pickleball. We had been renting in Cape Coral, FL for several years and were ready to start looking for a place to purchase as a second home. Mike was highly recommended. Within a few days of meeting Mike, he scheduled some showings for us and explained his process. His process is very informal and we didn’t have to sign anything. He made several promises to us and kept every one of them. We were initially leaning towards a villa in a gated community and Mike showed us a couple we really liked. We were a little leary of the high HOA fees, though, so Mike also showed us some single-family homes. We found one that was turnkey and perfect for us as a second home. It checked all of our boxes (and no HOA fees!). Mike was great in assisting us with our initial offer and the resulting negotiations. After we came to an agreement with the seller, Mike assisted us in getting an inspection, insurance, and put us in touch with a handyman who took care of some of the minor issues from the inspection. Mike stayed on top of everything during the process and his communication was outstanding. He checked in with us every Tuesday and Friday. Mike has a very positive attitude and is passionate about what he does. He truly believes in community. A few days after we closed, Mike sent out invitations and hosted a “meet & greet” in the driveway of our new home and we were able to meet many of our new neighbors. We really appreciated his thoughtful gesture. We would highly recommend Mike to others looking to buy or sell a home. He delivers what he promises!
