Mike was awesome in helping us get the SW Floriday home we always wanted. We heard about Mike through new friends we met playing pickleball. We had been renting in Cape Coral, FL for several years and were ready to start looking for a place to purchase as a second home. Mike was highly recommended. Within a few days of meeting Mike, he scheduled some showings for us and explained his process. His process is very informal and we didn’t have to sign anything. He made several promises to us and kept every one of them. We were initially leaning towards a villa in a gated community and Mike showed us a couple we really liked. We were a little leary of the high HOA fees, though, so Mike also showed us some single-family homes. We found one that was turnkey and perfect for us as a second home. It checked all of our boxes (and no HOA fees!). Mike was great in assisting us with our initial offer and the resulting negotiations. After we came to an agreement with the seller, Mike assisted us in getting an inspection, insurance, and put us in touch with a handyman who took care of some of the minor issues from the inspection. Mike stayed on top of everything during the process and his communication was outstanding. He checked in with us every Tuesday and Friday. Mike has a very positive attitude and is passionate about what he does. He truly believes in community. A few days after we closed, Mike sent out invitations and hosted a “meet & greet” in the driveway of our new home and we were able to meet many of our new neighbors. We really appreciated his thoughtful gesture. We would highly recommend Mike to others looking to buy or sell a home. He delivers what he promises!

The experience with Michael was perfect. He listened to our wants and did his homework to find the perfect home. He took his time showing us numerous home to help us identify what was most important and realize what we did not want. For example we thought we might like to build in a new community. He showed us numerous new locations but in the end we realized we wanted an established community. Michael hosted an open house a few days after we closed. He invited all the neighbors on the street. The turnout was amazing and we established new friendships that afternoon. I can’t stress enough how thoughtful this was for Michael to do for us.

If we could give Michael 10 stars we would! We cannot say enough good things about him! We listed our house before Hurricane Ian, and had a cash buyer ready to close when Ian hit. We had exterior storm damage and our buyers backed out. We had already committed to a new home out of state, and were in a mess! Michael never missed a beat- he found a new buyer (at a higher price!) and came up with numerous creative ways for us to move forward with purchasing and moving to our new home, while navigating repairs on our FL home. He called contractors for us and met with them as we had already moved. One of his promises is to always call you on Tuesdays and Fridays and he never missed once, even while dealing with Hurricane damage on his own home! So don’t hesitate to list your home with Michael- we promise you won’t regret it!

Mike was responsive to our needs and always available to discuss any questions/concerns about homes we were interested in. Frequent communication made the process less stressful. He was a true advocate for us in the purchasing process. I highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Mike was absolutely wonderful to work with! We were selling our home in a slow part of the year, but Mike still held several open houses and hustled to get our home sold. Michael went above and beyond! Called twice a week to see if he could answer any concerns or if he could help in any way. Michael would follow through any concerns a get back within that same day or even within a few minutes.
